Driving lessons

Anyone got any (preferably Birmingham based) recommendations for driving instructors or driving schools? Having become increasingly annoyed at the state of public transport in this city I have decided to start taking lessons again...

Anyone who also has a car they don't mind me practising in would also be appreciated... :)
