Updates

It has been a busy few weeks and you may have noticed me not posting on Live Journal very much. Partly this has been because I am in the middle of reorganising my social media networks and I have made a decision regarding my Live Journal account.

Basically, LJ will now only be used for personal and LRP related witterings. For anything writing related, I would point anyone interested in such things to this address:

Which is my shiny new writing related blog. There is some content there already (its been in place for a few weeks now) and this will grow as I have more things to talk about in that area and more people start following it. Current topic is methods to avoid procrastination and encourage regular writing.

Another writing related thing to mention is that I have been invited to submit a couple of guest blog articles. One of them actually went live yesterday and can be found here on the website of the wonderful Rebeka Harrington - http://rebekaharrington.com/2011/10/01/playing-with-the-big-girls/?blogsub=confirmed. It is an article called 'playing with the big girls' and talks about how the hell it was I came to be writing romance stories about larger women (I'm still not sure myself, if I am being honest...). Apologies for not letting anyone know about this earlier. I had intended to post about this yesterday when it went live for the first time but I got distracted by chinese food.

The second guest post is due out at the end of the Month (27th of October) on the website linked to the #amwriting twitter hashtag. For those who are not aware of #amwriting, it is a group of writers who use the tag to post details of their progress on writing projects. The website linked to this may be found on: http://amwriting.org/. I shall announce closer to the time when my article goes live. This one talks about the feeling that you are a fake despite having achieved success in something (I cleverly link it to teaching here...)

So, that is it with regards to my current web presence... this site will soon return to such topics as dog antics and teaching stuff and what happened at recent LRP events which I am sure many of you are more interested in.
