Note to Sarah: this is quite a short meme, no endless pages of silly questions... :)

you are mediumauqamarine
#66CDAA

Your dominant hues are cyan and green. Although you definately strive to be logical you care about people and know there's a time and place for thinking emotionally. Your head rules most things but your heart rules others, and getting them to meet in the middle takes a lot of your energy some days.

Your saturation level is medium - You're not the most decisive go-getter, but you can get a job done when it's required of you. You probably don't think the world can change for you and don't want to spend too much effort trying to force it.

Your outlook on life is brighter than most people's. You like the idea of influencing things for the better and find hope in situations where others might give up. You're not exactly a bouncy sunshine but things in your world generally look up.

One of Samuel L Jackson's lesser known films... about a celebrity trying to escape the paparazzi with the usual high jinks and hilarious consequences...

But I digress.

As some of you may already know, we are travelling to Italy at the end of this month. As there are things in the part of Italy we are going to, like ancient roman stuff and active volcanoes, which may look awesome on a photograph I would like to take my camera with me. However, I am not sure the best way to do this...

Current rules state that you are allowed one piece of hand luggage each and the camera bag definitely counts as a piece of hand luggage. You used to be able to get away with two bags if you were a woman and one of them was your handbag but they have now closed that loophole so the cross dressing option is out (shame). I really do not want to put it in the luggage as it is a rather nice camera and have become rather attached to it and have never trusted baggage handlers. Its also fragile so I don't want to get it back in pieces.

So, I need a way that I can get both the camera bag and another bag filled with essential supplies (like diabetic things) onto the plane as hand luggage. I know there is a new loophole about laptop bags being allowed in addition to hand luggage but I suspect they actually have to have a laptop in them to qualify and I equally do not want to take the laptop.

So, any suggestions from any of you who have travelled recently with cameras?
