Is everyone decluttering?
Mar. 4th, 2007 06:30 pmCame onto LJ after cleaning the spare room to find that at least two others have posted that they have also been tidying spare rooms... wierd... some form of shared hallucination?
Anyway, the spare room is clear(er), there are two massive bags of thrown out stuff and Waypoint has inherited some nice new Dagdan style kit which would otherwise have been thrown out. And an Althari robe (which used to be a Viking dress).
We may now be able to possibly find stuff in the spare room. And guests may be able to find this fabled thing called 'the Spare bed' which ancient scholars and explorers have spoken of in the past but which no man has ever found.
Though lots of women have found it, apparently...
T'is said that t'is to be found on the edge of the map, beyond the secret garden, behind the magic warderobe that leads to the slightly less posh version of Narnia, in a place where no man nor dog would tread. Turn left at the 'Here be dragons' sign, walk down the road for 100 yards and take the next door on the right. The one next to the pub which claims Charles I spent time in an oak tree nearby (as opposed to the one haunted by the ghost of someone Rabbie Burns shagged). Or you could try to use multimap. Which will tell you 'second star on the left and straight on til morning' though neglect to tell you that there are roadworks on that route and it is actually the third star on the left because the second one is a one way street.
Tomorrow I am in a school doing PE and looks like I will be there for the rest of the week. So, my debts are paid for this month and hopefully some extra money to go towards holiday money. I now need to sort out how to get home from there...
